Milling Operations
Milling is a machining method performed by rotating the cutting tool at high speed to cut the workpiece and create the desired profile. This method is widely used for machining perpendicular materials: the workpiece is fixed using jigs such as vises or clamps, and then machining is carried out.
Flat surfaces, holes, grooves, etc., can be machined by changing the cutting tools. Additionally, by using machining centers with NC capabilities, three-dimensional milling can be performed to create curved surfaces and complex shapes that other methods cannot achieve.
