Mold Cores

Mold cores are essential components when using insert-type stamping molds. Insert-type molds are primarily used for precision molds.

The benefits of using them include:

• High precision machining of insert cores.
• The ability to change the material of the insert core to hard alloys.
• The possibility to re-polish the insert core when it wears out.
• If the core is damaged, it can simply be replaced.
