FINECS Vietnam can design and manufacture processing jigs, measuring jigs, and setting jigs according to customer needs.
Flow of jig manufacturing

1⃣ Prehearing interview
We will ask what kinds of jig you want to manufacture and what functions you are looking for in the jig to be manufactured.

2⃣ Design
Base on your request, we design and create a drawing using a CAD system, take into account quality and functionality.

3⃣ Processing
Processing uses milling machines, lathes, machining centers, etc. which is based on drawings.

4⃣ Assembly
After parts are completed, assembly is performed.

5⃣ Adjustment
Finishing After assembly is completed, work is carried out using jigs.

The quality and function of the product is checked to make sure that it meets your requirements. If there are any problems, we will correct them and make adjustments to finish the product.
