We manufacture press-processed connector terminals used in electronic components for automobiles
that require high quality and stable production.
With the shift to electronics in automobiles, electronic components such as connectors and sensors are becoming more important.
Various electronically controlled mechanical parts such as in-vehicle ECU electronics boards, motors, inverters, pumps, sensors, switches,
and various module parts include connector terminals and connection parts as electrical contacts.
FINECS Vietnam Co.,Ltd. provides press terminal parts by precision press working of metal strips according to customer's request.
In-vehicle press-fit terminals are also available. Copper alloys such as brass are mainly used for connector terminals,
but please contact us regarding other materials and plating specifications.
Terminal processing is performed by precision press processing using a 30 to 60 ton press machine.
Since there is enough space in the factory, a 100-ton class press can be installed.
Please contact us in that case. In addition, as for in-vehicle electronic parts,
there are electronic mechanism parts that combine press terminals and resin molds,
and we can consistently undertake manufacturing up to the assembly, so please contact us.
