Electrical discharge machining is a method of processing that involves creating sparks between metals facing each other in a liquid such as water or oil. The heat from these sparks melts the metal without contact, allowing for precise machining. EDM uses both wire EDM machines and die-sinking EDM machines.
Wire EDM machines use a thin wire as an electrode to cut the material. Die-sinking EDM machines create an electrode in the reverse shape of the desired form and use it to carve (transfer) the shape onto the target material.
At Finecs Vietnam, we perform high-precision and high-accuracy machining, as well as handle complex shapes in a temperature-controlled room. We also support fine hole machining, accommodating diameters from φ0.2mm for thicknesses of 20-30 mm.
We have introduced the latest models from Japanese manufacturers such as Sodick and Mitsubishi. In recent years, we have increased exports to the United States, Japan, and Europe (France, Germany, the Netherlands), meeting strict customer requirements and receiving high evaluations.
