FINECS Vietnam designs and manufactures machining jigs, measurement jigs, and fixing jigs according to customer requirements.

Jig Manufacturing Process

1. Pre-manufacturing Consultation

   • Survey customer requirements such as the desired jig design and the required features of the jig.

2. Design

   • Based on the above requirements, we carefully consider quality and functionality, then proceed with designing and drafting on the CAD system.

3. Machining

   • Perform machining using milling machines, lathes, and machining centers.

4. Assembly

   • Assemble the components after machining is completed.

5. Adjustment and Completion

   • Operate the jig after assembly to check if it meets the customer's quality and functionality requirements.
   • If there are any issues, we will repair, adjust, and complete the jig.
