Product Introduction
Connector terminals for electronic components that require high precision are processed using metal strips through bending and punching processes.
Connector terminals mainly use brass, while press-fit terminals mainly use phosphor bronze, but we can also accommodate other materials and plating specifications according to customer requirements.
The terminal processing by press uses 30 to 60-ton press machines.
We accept consultations from the design of press molds.
Currently, Finecs Vietnam produces automotive connector terminals, providing precise components that meet automotive quality requirements stably.
We accept press processing from narrow-pitch micro connector terminals for consumer electronics to automotive connector terminals. We can also handle press-fit connector terminals and sensor connection terminals.
Additionally, we can process individual parts such as terminals, resin molds, and assemble electronic components such as precision connectors and sensors.
