Wire processing is a method of processing that involves cutting using a thin wire as an electrode. It is mainly used for press molds and high-precision/high-accuracy parts. Generally, copper is used for the wire, and the wire diameter is changed according to the shape for processing. At FINECS Vietnam, we use wire diameters ranging from φ0.1 to φ0.3mm, selecting the appropriate diameter based on the product.
FINECS Vietnam has introduced the latest models from Japanese manufacturers such as Sodick and Mitsubishi. We perform high-precision/high-accuracy processing and handle complex shapes in a temperature-controlled room. All processing is done in-house, and we respond with processing methods that match the product's application. We achieve the specified surface roughness as requested.
We handle materials such as heat-treated materials like SKD11, SKH51, SKS, as well as carbide, aluminum, and copper. In recent years, exports to the United States, Japan, and Europe (France, Germany, the Netherlands) have increased. We respond to strict customer requirements as needed and have received high evaluations from our customers.
